Management
FINANCIAL
- Prompt collection of rental and outgoings
- Timely and efficient disbursal of funds to our clients in accordance with their instructions
- Regular analysis and payment of our clients property related expenses

- Reconciliation of property related expenses & budget preparation
LEASE
- Maintaining an accurate database in respect of each lease
- Establish tenant retention strategies to minimise vacancy
- Undertake priority leasing of vacant managed properties
- Rental review negotiation and implementation
BUILDING SERVICES
- Attend to repairs promptly in accordance with our clients instructions
- Regular inspection and reporting on properties under management
- Arrange building contract procurement and implementation
- Oversee building compliance & health / safety issues
- Establish & maintain protocols for building security & safety
CLIENT LIASON
- Provide our clients with regular detailed reporting in respect of income / expense and general property management matters.
- Continually update our clients in respect of lease and rental negotiations.
Our management staff are quality and performance-driven in order to deliver close control of rental income and operating expenses. Critical to our success, we foster and balance our relationships with tenants and clients. To assist our clients, tenancy schedules and owner reports may be tailored to meet clients individual requirements.
Management Agency & Fee Structure
Typically, our management contracts are for 12 months, renewable thereafter, however this is subject to the requirements of our client. Our fees for asset management vary depending on the size of the property and the degree of work involved. We would be happy to provide an estimate in this regard.
